site containing our User Agreement. This Agreement sets
out the terms and conditions applicable to your use
of our services offered to registered users (the "Services")
through our web site. Any subsequent new services to
registered users offered by us shall also be subject
to this Agreement.

are deemed to state that you have the capacity to enter
into a legally binding contract under the laws applicable
to you and that you agree to be bound by all terms and

1. REGISTRATION OBLIGATIONS

breach of security.
2. FEES
Using the Services is free of charge.
3. BREACH
Without the limitation of our other remedies, we may
immediately issue a warning, temporarily or for an indefinite
period of time suspendor terminate your account and
refuse to provide the Services to you: (a) if you breach
this Agreement; (b) if we are unable to verify or authenticate
any information you provide to us; or (c) if we believe
that your actions may result in legal liability for
you, our users or customers or us.
4. MODIFICATIONS ETC.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Services,
temporarily or permanently, with or without notice to
you.
5. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold us, our users and customers
harmless from any and all damages and costs, including
consequential, indirect or incidental damages, arising
from your breach of this Agreement.
6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
We provide our web site and Services on an "As
is" basis without warranty of any kind.
7. APPLICABLE LAW
This Agreement shall be governed in all respects by
the laws of Hungary. All disputes arising out of or
related to this Agreement shall be finally settled by
the competent regular courts of Hungary.
